About Sun Buddies

Sun Buddies, a premium line of eyewear, was inspired by the shades worn by Bibi Andersson, an actress in the 1966 Ingmar Bergman film, Persona. The eyewear line is from Très Bien, a fashion brand and a retailer.

As friends and some colleagues from the world of fashion began wearing them, the collection jumpstarted to success. Its name, “Sun Buddies” pays homage to these creatives and also to those friends, and collaborations with various designers, artists, as well as photographers are essential to the brand.

You can find Sun Buddies in different high fashions stores around the globe including Mr. Porter, United Arrows, Selfridges, Dover Street Market, and Opening Ceremony.
